No, it's only when it shows an ‘Open File’ dialog and you pick the file. It's weird how SWF files on your filesystem can't access local files this way when SWF files hosted on a server can.Oh yeah that is weird.

I think it's something how they don't want people downloading random stuff etc. I forget the reasoning right now. That's still a mystery to me. Maybe it has something to do with virus creators worrying that their online-hosted swf could be taken down, so they let users download the file.
Adobe could've been like “Nope, not for offline flash programs.”. That makes more sense. I have done a ton of the updates I was going for and things are going well.
Some more tweaks today and I a done. I was actually going for an adobe air installer like what scratch uses now so that I can have an installer package for the kids to install at home. Any good instructions anywhere on that? Did a couple google searches and it looks like flash builder can make it as well as the adt (air developer tool) command line.
But before I proceed down a crazy path that won't work if anyone has any guidance it would be greatly appreciated.Jonathan50 wrote:nedens wrote:I did end up getting the build to work. Last thing I am running into is I am getting an error when running my custom scratch with flash player and trying to open a local file. At flash.display::LoaderInfo/get content at MethodInfo-574 Any help? The browser doesn't like the SWF file accessing local files. (weird right) Can you upload it to a web server? Ok I ended up getting the AIR file to create and that is all working. Running into some specific scratch bugs but I think I can sort through those.nedens wrote:That makes more sense. Can you run the grawdle command with “–debug” and post the log here? We are happy to bring you the release version of OpenTX 2.2.0, with support for the production version of the FrSky Horus radio and Taranis Q X7!
PLEASE NOTE the following important information before hastily jumping on it:Please back up your models and settings before upgrading so that you can go back to your previous version should you not like 2.2 or find issues that make it unsuitable for you. Use the “backup radio to file” companion feature for this to have an exact copy of what was on your radio.
WARNINGS:
